Wire Transfer Authorization

You must have a Wire Transfer Agreement with the bank to use this feature. For more information about a Wire Transfer Agreement, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 423-473-7980.

1. Please complete the “Wire Transfer Authorization”. You may enter the required information online or you may choose to print it out and complete it by hand. All information must be provided on the form; if there is information missing, the wire transfer will not be sent until we receive the needed information.
    
2. Sign the completed form and fax it to 423.479.7535.
    
3. If the request is received before 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), it will be sent on that business day. After 2PM Eastern Time the wire will be sent the following day.
