ALERT - SHB Monday Phone Outage
BACK IN SERVICE!
All Southern Heritage Bank local PHONE LINES were OUT OF SERVICE beginning Monday morning (Sept. 26) until approximately 4:30 EDT Monday afternoon. We are deeply sorry if this outage caused you any inconvenience. The phone outage was due to unforeseen technical problems experienced by AT&T, and was completely outside the control of Southern Heritage Bank. Thank you for your patience with this unfortunate phone service problem.
Sat. Oct. 1 - Offices Closed, But Customer Service Has Extended Hours
All SHB offices, including drive thrus, will be closed on Saturday, Oct. 1 to complete system upgrades and changes. However, Customer Service personnel will be available to answer your questions or concerns on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Simply call 423.473.7980.
